Overview

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for the commercial development of the Tennessee, Nashville sales territory, managing and expanding distribution structures while maintaining strong customer relationships.

  • Full responsibility for revenue development and sustainable growth within the Tennessee, Nashville region
  • Development, management, and expansion of distributor and end customer relationships
  • Identification and acquisition of new business opportunities
  • Ongoing support and development of existing customer accounts
  • Planning and execution of product demonstrations
  • Structured management of leads and sales activities
  • Regular reporting and coordination with the National Sales Manager
  • Representation of Koch-Chemie USA at customer appointments

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience in automotive or chemical environments
  • Experience in route sales or chemical distribution is an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Independent and goal-oriented working style
  • High level of customer orientation
  • Ability to manage a large sales territory efficiently
  • Confidence in handling administrative tasks
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Willingness to travel extensively
