Overview

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for executing the sales plan for CVL Cosmetics in South Middle Europe, focusing on the UK market. This role involves collaboration across the organization to enhance customer experiences and drive sales for luxury brands.

In Short

  • Monitor sales and achieve global objectives by product category.
  • Follow up on KPIs to set action plans for increasing business volume.
  • Prospect new leads and engage in B2B client openings.
  • Lead and motivate the POS team towards sales objectives.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the team for feedback and coaching.
  • Implement brand projects and analyze data for decision-making.
  • Travel required up to 80% of the time.
  • At least 5 years of B2B retail sales experience in cosmetics.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills.
  • Passionate about the luxury retail industry and cosmetics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B retail sales in selective cosmetics.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to manage business through KPI analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Fluent in English and proficiency in another European language.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Driving License is mandatory.
