This is a Lead Engineering role responsible for enabling development and execution in key projects, focusing on customer experience and modern technology stacks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Expertise in data structures and programming paradigms.
• Experience with Java, JEE, and functional programming.
• Knowledge of cloud-native microservices using Spring Boot.
• Experience in designing A/B tests and analyzing metrics.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Experience with automated testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of destructive testing tools.
• Ability to run high throughput low latency microservices.
• Strong understanding of event-driven mechanisms.
