Overview

The End User Computing (EUC) Manager will lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality technical support and service management for end-user computing devices across the Asia Pacific region, ensuring reliable IT services for a diverse network.

Requirements

• Proficient in ServiceNow and IT Service Management.
• Experience with Windows and iOS platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong vendor relationship management experience.
• Knowledge of lifecycle management for IT hardware.
• Able to manage escalations from stakeholders.
• Experience in onboarding new solutions.
• Excellent time and priority management skills.
