Overview

The End User Computing Analyst is responsible for providing technical support for end user devices, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution and communication.

• Responsible for imaging and software installs on end user devices.
• Logs and monitors customer questions, issues, and problems through resolution/completion.
• Provides customer updates and status reports regarding open customer issues.
• Maintains Service Level Agreements set forth by the organization.
• Creates knowledge base articles for hardware/software usage and troubleshooting.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree preferred.
• Two years of technical customer service experience required.
• Demonstrated experience with PC hardware and software support.
• Knowledge of Windows, IOS, and TCP/IP networking is essential.
• Ability to self-manage in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
• Related certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus.
• Two years of technical customer service experience.
• Experience with PC hardware and software support environments.
• Expertise in Windows operating systems, IOS, and TCP/IP networking.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications.
• Ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
