The Supervisor of Operations for the Advanced Therapeutics program provides leadership, clinical oversight, and operational support to ensure high-quality patient care services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure.
• 3 to 5 years of clinical experience in relevant settings.

• Experience with Epic workflows preferred.
• Familiarity with quality improvement methodologies preferred.
• Ability to resolve personnel issues and grievances.
• Proficiency in regulatory compliance.
