Requirements

• Epic/Workday/Application certifications preferred.
• Lean Green Belt certification or ability to achieve.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Proactive and adaptable to changing environments.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Able to mentor and lead teams effectively.
