Overview

A rare and exciting opportunity exists to join the GPC Asia Pacific Business Systems team as an EUC Support Specialist. This hands-on role is critical to ensuring that IT technology within the organisation is supported efficiently and effectively.

In Short

  • Deliver high-level technical support and service management for EUC devices and applications.
  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle of EUC assets including deployment and troubleshooting.
  • Utilize core support tools like ServiceNow and Microsoft Intune.
  • Support and maintain Office 365 applications and cloud-based solutions.
  • Coordinate with Technical Operations Leads and Project Managers.
  • Monitor and improve service delivery and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Strong customer service orientation is required.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills across multi-platform environments.
  • Experience in IT Service Management principles.
  • Collaborative mindset to work across technology domains.

Requirements

  • Graduate diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • 5 years of experience in End-User Computing roles.
  • Proficient in endpoint management and mobile device management tools.
  • In-depth understanding of Active Directory administration.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams efficiently.
  • Experience supporting collaboration tools in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously.
