In Short

• Work in all aspects of the bridge loan cycle at Knock.
• Assist gathering required documentation to successfully submit the loan file for processing/underwriting.
• Ensure minimum submission requirements and documents are met prior to submitting loans.
• Understanding of TRID to compliantly issue initial disclosures.
• Experience with condo approval requirements.
• Calculate Knock Bridge Loan advance amounts.
• Consistent communication with internal and external partners.
• Prepare initial closing disclosures and ensure timely closings.
• Audit signed closing documents for accuracy.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of recent relevant experience.
• Experience in the residential loan mortgage industry.
• Strong understanding of mortgage regulations.
• Recent experience managing a large pipeline of loans.
• Attention to detail and strong customer service orientation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with lending management systems.
• Experience working 100% remote and with a distributed team.
• Experience in Encompass LOS.
