• Responsible for the growth of lending products, including activity content planning, monitoring core metrics, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Enhance user growth, conversion, and retention through data analysis and detailed operational plans.
• Monitor market trends, conduct competitor research, and propose product optimization suggestions.
• Plan and execute activities related to lending products, track performance, and optimize marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with product, development, and risk control teams to promote product optimization and feature iteration.

Requirements

• Understanding of cryptocurrency trading and familiarity with lending product operation modes.
• Over 2 years of experience in lending product operations, preferably in blockchain or internet finance.
• Strong data analysis and logical thinking skills, with data analysis experience preferred.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills to drive product optimization.
• Proficiency in English as the primary working language.
