In Short

• Interact with IRS agents to obtain required documentation on behalf of members
• Pull borrower documents from third party sources and organize for underwriting and processing team to review
• Maintain deal pipeline and turnaround times
• Comfortable being on the phone 80% of the day
• Comfortable using technology and CRM platforms (HubSpot is a plus)
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Effective time management and self-accountability
• Able to multi-task under time pressure
• Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take on challenges
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities

Requirements

• 1-2 years of work experience in inbound call center and data entry
• Experience in lending or finance is a plus, but not required
• Interested in joining a dynamic, high-volume environment
• Comfortable working and learning independently
