In Short

  • Join the Customer Success team as a Senior Customer Success Manager.
  • Act as the main point of contact for strategic enterprise customers.

  • Generate Customer Success Qualified leads for the Account Management team.

  • Identify at-risk customers and lead recovery plans.
  • Drive continuous product improvements based on customer feedback.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success/Service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills.
  • Analytical thinking to derive insights from data.
  • Ability to build relationships with senior executives.
  • Strong communication skills for presentations and networking.
  • Commercially driven to see account growth.
  • Measured on GRR, NRR, CSQLs, NPS, and Account Health Score.
