In this pivotal role, you will lead the charge in securing new international accounts and cultivating long-term partnerships with our most strategic clients, driving their success and expanding our global impact.

In Short

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key international clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategic planning.
  • Monitor and report on key account metrics.
  • Experience in key account management or B2B sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills and strategic thinking.
  • Knowledge of international logistics and supply chain management.
  • Fluent in English and Czech with cultural competence.
  • Proficient in data analysis and CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of experience in key account management or B2B sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Understanding of global pricing structure and trade regulations.
  • Knowledge of global food safety standards and labelling laws.
  • Ability to adapt communication styles in different contexts.
