Overview

The Manager, Leadership Recruitment and Selection (MLRS) will drive recruitment and selection efforts for all leadership positions across KIPP TEAM and Family, ensuring leadership roles are filled promptly and effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred.
• 5-7 years of professional experience in talent acquisition.
• Experience managing high-level stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in K-12 education preferred.
• Proficiency in project management systems.
• Ability to drive outcomes and manage ambiguity.
