In Short

• Oversee the agency regional kinship foster care family recruitment process.
• Monitor and track recruitment and development of kinship foster homes.
• Work with various specialists to maximize applicant approvals.
• Assist kinship families with the licensing process.
• Provide support and resources to applicants during the process.
• Follow up on incomplete applications.
• Organize routine correspondence and reports.
• Attend agency recruitment events.
• Travel for meetings and training as required.
• Flexible scheduling and remote work options available.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in human services or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in child and family services.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
