• Kincell is seeking a highly motivated Proposals Manager.
• The role reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations.
• Responsible for creating customized sales proposal documents.
• Works alongside commercial operations, business development and technical professionals.
• Responds to inbound requests for proposals (RFPs) and other proposal services.
• Owns the proposal calendar to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Coordinates with internal stakeholders for project design and pricing.
• Supports sales and revenue growth through proposal completion.
• Assists in proposal process improvement projects.
• Researches responses through databases and other sources.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
• 5+ years of industry experience.
• 3+ years of writing experience.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks.
• Strong analytical skills to spot data inconsistencies.
• PC proficient, especially in Adobe and Microsoft Office applications.
