In Short

• Lead internal workflows for the Commercial team.
• Manage business workflows around proposals and change orders.
• Support inside sales and lead management.
• Integrate pricing sheets with the budgeting process.
• Design and generate proposal materials for clients.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on program pricing.
• Oversee commercial expense budget and maintain spend.
• Complete sales proposals and client reports accurately.
• Support marketing initiatives for new product launches.
• Coordinate sales proposal document production.

Requirements

• 7+ years of industry experience.
• 3-5 years of writing experience.
• Master’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
• Ability to work with a diverse range of people.
• Excellent organization, writing, and project management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects effectively.
• Self-motivated and able to meet strict deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills to identify data inconsistencies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe applications.
