Technical Product Manager - Remote

Kin is redesigning insurance to be smarter, faster, and centered on the customer. We use intelligent pricing, offer seamless bundling, and make every step (from purchasing, servicing to claims) simple and friction-free, especially in the places traditional insurers often ignore.

In Short

• Drive key strategic initiatives within the Data Product portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations.
• Research, validate, and present proposals for data product improvements.
• Lead projects and develop a solid understanding of Kin’s business and data.
• Work with development teams including data engineers and data scientists.
• Define and communicate product vision and goals for data products.
• Create and manage product roadmaps addressing business needs.
• Collaborate with user research teams to share key learnings.
• Write user stories for development teams.
• Monitor metrics that demonstrate product success.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of professional experience.
• 3+ years in software, technology, or data product management.
• Experience with agile product and engineering teams.
• Expertise in big data and analytics tools (e.g., Adobe, Tableau).
• Proficient in SQL and data analysis.
• Strong communication skills.
• Project management skills and organization.
