Technical Product Manager - Remote

Overview

Our client is an exciting platform startup in the creator marketing space. They are hiring a Technical Product Manager to take over core product leadership responsibilities, focusing on hands-on building, UI/UX iteration, and accountability reporting.

In Short

• Deliver weekly product dashboards and milestone updates for leadership/investors.
• Track and communicate risks, learnings, and next steps across teams.
• Rapidly create prototypes/MVP features using low/no-code tools.
• Ship working solutions to unblock growth and validate demand.
• Design, test, and iterate core consumer flows.
• Run beta programs and refine based on friction points.
• Define roadmaps, epics, and user stories to support automation.
• Partner with CTO and engineers on technical decisions.
• Translate TikTok-native behaviors into features.
• Build workflows to support affiliate & brand scaling.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience in startups or consumer apps.
• Strong UI/UX skillset for prototyping and improving end-user journeys.
• Hands-on builder with experience in low-code solutions.
• Comfortable managing both manual workflows and automation.
• Familiarity with TikTok product development strongly preferred.
• Able to manage agile development with weekly cadence.
• Excellent communicator with structured weekly updates.
• Remote-friendly, with ability to travel to Indonesia HQ when needed.
