Technical Product Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a motivated Technical Product Manager with a strong foundation in finance and hands-on experience working at an exchange (CEX or DEX) to join our Product team. You will work across multiple verticals in a cross-functional capacity.

In Short

• Assist in the creation and improvement of the product, working closely with engineering and design teams.
• Ensure the product meets the needs and expectations of users, often involving user research and feedback collection.
• Contribute to the product roadmap and strategy, aligning product goals with business objectives.
• Oversee the development and implementation of new features, from ideation to launch.
• Monitor and analyze product performance using key performance indicators to inform decision-making and prioritization.
• Work closely with other teams such as marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure the product’s success.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience as a Product Manager. Previous experience working at an exchange (CEX or DEX) is required.
• Strong technical understanding, has been a dev, tech degree, experience with tech teams, and solid understanding of finance.
• Solid understanding of financial markets and how CEXs or DEXs works; trading experience or a finance-related degree is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to work effectively with technical teams.
• Passionate about product development and improvement, with a strong user-first approach.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a flexible, adaptive work style.
• Must be fluent in English.
