Overview

As a Technical Product Manager at Trunk Tools, you will lead the development of our AI platform for construction, collaborating with various teams to enhance productivity and support cross-functional initiatives.

• Lead the technical product development for Trunk Tools’ AI platform.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Leadership teams.
• Conduct discovery sessions with customers to inform strategic recommendations.
• Manage expectations around priorities and delivery timelines.
• Advocate for business objectives in every interaction.
• Contribute to the improvement of SDLC processes.
• Capture critical data around customer usage and adoption.
• Provide feedback to optimize customer expectation management.
• Work closely with the CPO to enhance data-driven decision making.
• Must be located in a US time zone.

Requirements

• 7+ years as a Technical B2B SaaS Product Manager.
• Experience with AI and LLM for business applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to partner effectively with C-Suite and VP-level contacts.
• Experience working in JIRA in a SOC2 Type II environment.
• CSPO and CSM certifications are desired but not required.
