Senior Software Engineer - HubSpot Integration - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer for our CRM Integration (HubSpot) at Kin, you’ll lead the design, development, and optimization of our HubSpot integrations and related systems. You’ll use your deep understanding of HubSpot’s data model, APIs, and best practices to build robust solutions that unify our sales, customer service, and marketing operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven HubSpot expertise with complex back-end integrations.
• Experience coding with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong understanding of SQL and RDBMS.
• Experience designing and implementing API-first systems.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures.
• Ability to articulate the value of technical investments.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading projects.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
• A fast learner, ready to develop further.
