In Short

  • Interacting with current policyholders via phone, email, and chat
  • Contacting customers' banks/mortgage to obtain additional details
  • Creating/updating policies for customers to review
  • Submitting payments/issuing refunds
  • Educating customers on policies and coverages
  • Seeking applicants with an active Property & Casualty insurance License
  • Working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Google Suite or similar tools
  • Availability for mandatory training
  • Opportunity to participate in the company's growth

Requirements

  • An active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Empathy towards others
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Google Suite or similar tools
  • Need for efficiency and process improvement
