As an Insurance Sales Agent at Kin, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by connecting with clients and promoting a wide range of insurance products through A-rated carriers.

In Short

  • Connect with customers via calls, emails, and texts to understand their insurance needs.
  • Communicate the unique features and benefits of various insurance products.
  • Work primarily with leads provided by the company.
  • Follow up with prospects to drive toward sales.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets using persuasive techniques.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and customer service for seamless experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM.
  • Build custom policies for each customer.
  • Educate customers on home insurance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of insurance sales experience.
  • Experience selling with multiple carriers.
  • An active Property & Casualty license.
  • Outstanding understanding of insurance products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Call/Contact Center experience preferred.
