Requirements

• At least 1 year of homeowners insurance experience
• Active P&C licensure in your state
• Outstanding communication skills
• Proven track record as a closer
• Self-motivated with a focus on results
• Ability to adhere to metrics and schedules
• Proficiency in CRM systems
• Bonus: Licensed in California
