In Short

• Develop and execute a comprehensive direct mail strategy to drive new customer acquisition and brand awareness.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including audience segmentation, creative development, print production, postage, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, measurement, and consistent brand messaging.
• Manage and support the professional growth and development of one direct report.
• Integrate direct mail execution into broader marketing strategy.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in direct mail marketing.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
• Manage and optimize budgets for all assigned direct mail campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, focusing on direct mail.
• Experience managing and optimizing direct mail campaigns.
• Experience managing monthly budgets of $500K+.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation.
