In Short

• Develop and implement personal auto insurance forms.
• Collaborate with the State Product Manager on pricing and regulatory approvals.
• Manage P&L responsibilities and drive business performance improvements.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Align state-specific strategies across various departments.
• Enhance user experience by automating processes.
• Prepare and submit form filings to State Departments of Insurance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on form requirements.
• Lead state projects to drive operational efficiency.
• Conduct rate analysis using Excel and other tools.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in auto forms and insurance regulations.
• 1+ years of relevant insurance product experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
• Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of ISO and AIS standards.
• Experience with regulatory filings and SERFF.
• Ability to interpret state statutes and legal language.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Willingness to learn beyond traditional forms analysis.
