The Impact & Evaluation Leader at Kiddom ensures that products and programs deliver on their promise by validating educational products and measuring their effectiveness in promoting student growth and teacher confidence.

• Responsible for increasing product results related to student growth and achievement.
• Validate educational products involving models of student learning.
• Measure trustworthiness of products with teachers and learners.
• Produce and validate machine learning and psychometric models.
• Serve as a liaison with UX researchers and other stakeholders.

Requirements
