Overview

The Delivery Leader (Measurement & Evaluation) will oversee and strengthen impact measurement efforts, supporting partners in achieving measurable and data-driven results.

In Short

• Lead internal impact measurement efforts with high-quality data collection and reporting.
• Manage the Impact Dashboard and oversee the Impact Analyst.
• Develop and implement Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) strategies.
• Analyze data and present findings as actionable insights.
• Facilitate training and workshops for client organizations.
• Manage client M&E engagements with senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in impact measurement and evaluation.
• Strong analytical skills and data presentation abilities.
• Ability to develop training materials and conduct workshops.
• Experience working with NGOs, governments, and philanthropies.
