Overview

Keyfactor is seeking a highly qualified Senior Software Engineer to join our agile teams, focusing on developing professional software products and contributing to product development.

In Short

• Design and implement new functionality in existing products.
• Work in an agile team to ensure proper implementation and high customer satisfaction.
• Take responsibility for implementation of requirements and features.
• Contribute to architectural decisions.
• Cooperate with other teams regarding product interfaces.
• Work remotely from Germany or Sweden with occasional office visits.
• Must hold a valid Right to Work in Germany or Sweden.
• Strong experience in software engineering required.
• Knowledge in IT Security, PKI, and open source software is preferred.
• Fluent in English; German or Swedish is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in software engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of software architecture principles and continuous integration practices.
• Ability to mentor team members and drive technical improvements.
• Interest in agile methodologies.
• Experience with Linux, Java, JavaScript, Typescript, Python, and Bash scripting.
• Experience with OCI Containers and continuous build systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
