Senior Journey Optimization Manager - Remote

Overview

Kepler executes engineered marketing, where every message and ad delivered helps create a more personalized and productive relationship between brands and their consumers. We do this by acting as clients’ agency of record, as their in-house team, or some hybrid of the two – and by harnessing data and technology across all paid digital media and data-driven CRM channels.

In Short

• Drive cross-channel marketing strategy.
• Utilize Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
• Translate data into actionable insights.
• Own end-to-end journey orchestration.

• 5-8 years of relevant experience required.
• Full-time contract role for 8-10 months.

Requirements

• 5-8 years in marketing, analytics, or product management.
• Expertise in AJO, CJA, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proven experience with marketing funnels.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies preferred.
• Familiarity with digital media buying platforms is desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
