Freelance Paid Social Specialist - Remote

Overview

Kepler executes engineered marketing, where every message and ad delivered helps create a more personalized and productive relationship between brands and their consumers. We do this by acting as clients’ agency of record, as their in-house team, or some hybrid of the two – and by harnessing data and technology across all paid digital media and data-driven CRM channels.

In Short

• Manage in-platform execution of paid social campaigns, focusing on Meta and TikTok.
• Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
• Support the media buying process by implementing campaign structures.
• QA campaign setups and troubleshoot delivery issues.
• Contribute to weekly performance reviews and reporting.
• Collaborate with team members on best practices.
• Work full-time (40 hours per week, PST hours) through the end of 2025.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns.
• Strong understanding of the media buying process and campaign lifecycle.
• Experience QA’ing campaign builds.
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate results into insights.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Nice to have: experience with in-feed product advertising.
