Overview

The Reasonable Accommodations Specialist at Kentro will provide senior-level advisory services to the USAID Human Resources Director, focusing on the agency’s strategic wind-down and ensuring compliance with U.S. Government regulations.

In Short

  • Manage the lifecycle of reasonable accommodation requests.
  • Provide expert advice and consultation on reasonable accommodations.
  • Analyze and evaluate requests to determine eligibility.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders for case resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with EEO and disability-related laws.
  • Develop metrics and reports on program performance.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Assist in agency EEO program evaluations.
  • Support leadership with policy and process improvements.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Law, or related field.
  • 8+ years of HR, EEO, or related experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the Rehabilitation Act and ADA.
  • Experience managing confidential, sensitive information.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of discretion and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
