In Short

  • Salary Range: $65-70K
  • This position is a remote opportunity.
  • Candidate must live on the East Coast and be on EST.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Process workers compensation claims and approve claim settlements.
  • Evaluate accident reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide high-level analysis regarding risk management based on claims data.
  • Work closely with field managers to improve workers’ compensation results.
  • Analyze and reduce the occurrence and cost of work-related injury claims.
  • Execute and maintain OSHA-related regulatory programs and documentation.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • Safety and workers compensation background.
  • HR experience a plus.
  • 2-4 years direct experience managing workers compensation claims.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Risk Management-related field or equivalent experience.
