Overview

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has an immediate full-time opportunity to join our team as a Workday Configuration Analyst. This role is 100% remote and involves managing, maintaining, and supporting Workday configuration and data management activities.

In Short

• Manage project using Absence module in Workday
• Perform configuration analysis and design
• Test configuration solutions
• Troubleshoot issues in Workday
• Gather data from company absence plans
• Work closely with HRIS Director
• Update fields in Workday
• Implement Workday security
• Execute mass data updates through EIB process
• Provide content configuration

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Workday configuration
• Experience with Workday Absence module required
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret documented information
• Experience with systems implementations and data analysis
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
