Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster - Remote

Overview

Argo Group is seeking a highly capable Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster to join our team, working from any US Argo office or remotely from home in California. This role involves adjudicating mostly indemnity but some medical-only workers' compensation claims in the California jurisdiction.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years’ experience adjudicating indemnity workers' compensation claims in California.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required.
• Must be licensed to adjudicate first party claims.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong claim negotiation skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to articulate the financial value of work at multiple responsibility levels.
