Overview

The Subcontractor Compliance Coordinator primary role is to qualify new vendors and send contract amendments to qualified vendors. This role will utilize document analysis skills to determine which vendors can be approved and will facilitate obtaining proof of insurance through direct communication with vendors and insurance producers.

In Short

  • Initiates vendors' qualification and contracting process
  • Reviews questionnaires, W9 forms, insurance documents, and contract documents
  • Communicates with vendors via email and phone
  • Contacts insurance producers for proof of insurance
  • Updates CRM system with vendor records
  • Makes determinations on vendor approvals
  • Sends contract amendments to vendors
  • Requests terminations of non-compliant vendors
  • Works on miscellaneous projects and generates reports

Requirements

  • Customer service skills and experience with vendors
  • Strong administrative skills and basic knowledge of Excel
  • Able to work with vendors and ensure follow-up
  • Assertive nature and willingness to ask questions
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and data entry accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and complete duties on time
