• Work in a hybrid model (2-3 days in office)
• Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000

Requirements

• 5+ years in a People Business Partner or HR Business Partner role
• Strong experience in employee relations
• Experience supporting multiple field locations
• Ability to influence and coach at all levels
• Experience with upper level and C-Suite management
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Able to navigate ambiguity and multiple priorities
