In Short

• Oversees a portion of a client account or various client accounts.
• Ensures compliance to all standard operating procedures.
• Meets expectations and ensures progress toward goals.
• Supports and executes the calendar of events for landscape and snow.
• Manages customer issues during day-to-day operations.
• Works in various customer portals and KBS proprietary technology.
• Helps identify procedural issues and trends.
• Performs other related duties as required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
• WinTeam and Corrigo experience is a plus.

Requirements

• 3+ years in an account coordinator role.
• Experience in exterior services or service-related field.
• Strong customer/client contact experience.
• Ability to work with diverse teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
