Securities & Capital Markets Attorney - Remote

Overview

An established U.S. law firm with a growing presence in Israel is seeking a Securities & Capital Markets Attorney to join our team. This position offers significant flexibility with remote work options.

In Short

• Work with issuers, underwriters, and regulators related to IPOs, SEC registered follow-on offerings and private/exempt offerings
• Draft SEC filings and correspondence, including Exchange Act compliance
• Manage NYSE, NASDAQ, and OTC compliance for public company clients
• Handle Exchange Act reporting and compliance
• Flexible work arrangement with primarily remote work
• May require evening meetings due to U.S. time zones
• Minimal travel requirements
• Reports to the Israeli Partner and Managing Partner
• Collaborative work environment with experienced colleagues
• Opportunity to work with a wide range of international clients

Requirements

• Experience in securities law and capital markets
• Strong knowledge of SEC compliance and corporate governance
• Ability to draft legal documents and filings
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a portfolio
