Overview

The Acquisition Rehab - Owner’s Project Director is responsible for overseeing all acquisition rehab multifamily development projects, ensuring they align with quality, budget, and timeline standards.

• Facilitate the approval 8609 process.
• Work towards sustainable multifamily housing development.
