In Short

• Design, develop and maintain high performance solutions for AdTech applications.
• Collaborate cross functionally with engineering, product, data science and design teams.
• Work with various data storage systems like MySQL, Memcache, Trino, Aerospike, Snowflake, Redis.
• Implement algorithms to improve ad targeting performance.
• Write automated tests across the entire testing pyramid.
• Drive coding practices to improve code quality and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor younger engineers.
• Identify and resolve complex software problems.
• Analyze and resolve scalability and performance issues.

Requirements

• 6+ years Java experience with web development.
• Strong programming fundamentals.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Good understanding of relational databases like MySQL, Oracle.
• Understanding of Aerospike and/or Redis is a plus.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid working model.
