Overview

The Senior Systems Engineer will ensure the overall system reliability, uptime, health, and performance of the Kaseya infrastructure by working closely with various stakeholders to resolve issues and improve the platform's long-term reliability.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with scripting languages like Bash and Python.
• Familiarity with tools for continuous delivery like GitLab and Jenkins.
• Experience with virtualized and bare metal infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
