Karya is looking for an organised and proactive individual to fill a hybrid role as a Project Coordinator - State level, overseeing district-level operations within a specific state or language.

In Short

• Collaborate with district-level coordinators to set and achieve realistic targets.
• Oversee data collection work for 5000-10000 workers.
• Track and analyze state-wide data collection progress.
• Report state performance metrics to the Project Manager.
• Address inter-district challenges and develop solutions.
• Identify and train potential district-level coordinators.
• Ensure adequate resources for validators and transcribers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project coordination or management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience managing multi-district or multi-language projects is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work on the ground when required.
