Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in video design or motion graphics.
• Strong sense of visual structure and narrative clarity.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas quickly.
• Comfort with tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Curiosity about visual learning and audience engagement.
• Experience designing for low-literacy or multilingual audiences is a plus.
