As a Customer Support Manager at Karbon, you will support our customers by providing training and assistance, ensuring they derive significant value from our platform.

In Short

  • Provide video and technical chat support to customers.

Requirements

  • Tier 1-2 helpdesk experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Experience with chat/support software (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk).
  • Problem-solving skills for efficient issue resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or customer support.
  • Passion for enabling business growth.
  • Ability to learn customer enablement tools.
  • Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
