Overview

As a Client Advisor at Karat, you will drive revenue growth by building partnerships with mid-market technology companies across the U.S., EMEA, and other geographies as needed. This role encompasses the full sales cycle, including prospecting, closing, and post-sale support, requiring versatility across multiple functions within the sales process.

In Short

  • Own the complete sales cycle for mid-market accounts.
  • Qualify and convert inbound leads through structured discovery conversations.
  • Generate a robust outbound pipeline using modern sales tools.
  • Deliver compelling outreach campaigns and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Achieve or exceed pipeline, activity, and revenue targets.
  • Work hours aligned with U.S. and European time zones.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of post-graduate experience in B2B sales.
  • Preferred background in lead generation or SDR/BDR roles.
  • Experience selling to U.S. or EMEA-based companies.
  • Hands-on experience with modern prospecting and sales tools.
  • Proven ability to run structured discovery calls and deliver product demonstrations.
  • Experience selling SaaS or tech-enabled services to mid-market companies.
