Overview

Kapitus is seeking an Equipment Finance Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will leverage your experience in equipment financing to connect with vendors, manage a diverse portfolio, and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional financial solutions.

In Short

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Identify and engage prospective clients to develop a robust pipeline.
  • Meet and exceed minimum volume goals within the first 90 to 120 days.
  • Onboard new vendors and ensure they are comfortable with our systems.
  • Collaborate with senior-level Account Executives and underwriting teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years in equipment financing or 5 years in another sales role.
  • Strong ability to read personalities and engage in meaningful conversations.
  • Demonstrated success in sales with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Motivated and driven individual eager to contribute to a team.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Background in financial services is a plus.
