Overview

KALO is a partner for the smart energy transition in residential properties, focusing on reducing CO2 emissions in the building sector. We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to join our team in the Northern region.

In Short

  • Manage and consult with B2B existing customers in the Bremen/Oldenburg area.
  • Active acquisition of new customers in the professional housing industry.
  • Conduct systematic market and potential analysis.
  • Identify and qualify new target customers and regional growth opportunities.
  • Cross-sell and upsell within the entire product portfolio.
  • Collaborate closely with the operational KALO field service organization.
  • Work in a full-time position as part of a 10-member sales team.
  • Flexible working hours with a home-office arrangement.
  • 30 days of vacation per year.
  • Attractive salary package with 13 salaries and a variable component.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience with technical products.
  • Good knowledge of the housing industry or energy sector.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • A good sense for customers and business closures.
  • Technical affinity and willingness to learn.
  • Strong solution orientation and initiative.
  • Residence in the Bremen/Oldenburg sales area.
