Overview

Kafene is seeking a Bilingual Collections Agent to join our growing Collections team, helping customers meet their payment schedules while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED required.
  • Minimum of one year of collection or customer service experience.
  • Proficiency with basic computer functions preferred.
  • Internet access from home is required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
